Cerro Autana
The Autana mountain, whose naked walls rise up from the rainforest like a decapitated tree, is the sacred table mountain of the Piaroa Indians from the Amazonas State. On the upper part of this stone block you can see a "hole", which is a cave 40 m high with a gallery 395 m long crossing the mountain from one side to the other, like the "eye of a needle". |
